Home Warranties - Could they be negotiation tools?

Home warranties, are they worth it?  Well, it depends- what we see in today's market is that more and more buyers are asking for home warranties because they want to make sure the house they are buying has some sort of guarantee to it, and sellers definitely will pay for it from time to time.  If you are a seller- one of the strategies is offering a home warranty in today's market, they cost about $600 and they cover your air conditioning and plumbing, and like appliances, and they cover a variety of things that help the buyer feel more comfortable, especially buying an older home.  Now it is definitely a negotiation tool that we can use in the buying or selling process and that's great, anything we can use to either negotiate or make the buyer feel more comfortable from a seller's perspective is an amazing tool and will help you get the most money for your house. Well, there's the Scoop, Edna Wilson, your Hometown Realtor, as Hometown as Apple Pie.
