The Market Could be Crashing!  Read below to see for yourself how we're doing!

So, here we are, June 2023, and people are asking me "How is the market doing?"  that's always the question people ask, let me tell you what we have seen in the past year, as you know, 2020, 2021, 2022, all crazy.  Interest rates were on an insane low, we had buyers everywhere, everyone was buying a house, and then of course the Federal Reserve raised the interest rates which really did slow down the Buyer's Market.  Though being here on the Space Coast in Titusville, we have seen such an uptick again in buyer demand and it's because people are moving here for jobs so the people are not just trading out what they already have, they're moving for real jobs, they need housing and right now we have a shortage of it, still it is a seller's market here in Titusville, Florida, I'm telling you if you have a house to sell you can still get top dollar for it, and don't be afraid of interest rates, Dave Ramsey always says "Date the interest rate, marry the house."  That's my advice to you, Edna Wilson, your Hometown Realtor, as Hometown as Apple Pie.
