Why YOU want a Busy Agent!

Okay, so everyone's always telling me "Edna, you're so busy all the time!" Well I've actually had people not call me before because they said that I just seem too busy, let me tell you, you WANT a busy agent to work with and here's why. One- we know the market like nobody else because we're in and out of every home here in this town and we know what's for sale and what is not for sale, what neighborhoods you scope the pipes for, which neighborhoods are fine, which neighborhoods have PVC piping like- we know it all since we're in and out of houses all the time. Second- you want to work with a busy agent because we constantly have new listings come in the market that you can take advantage of before anybody else gets to see them. It is always to your favor to work with someone who's super busy as long as they communicate with you. We have a seven step program that does not fail at communicating with our buyers and sellers, and that's what you should be looking for, so remember when you're trying to pick a real estate agent, you always want to pick the busy ones!
