Dress code for looking at houses, I get asked all the time, what should I wear? Well let me tell you, you don't want to wear high heel shoes, and you don't want to wear dresses, because it is a lot of work looking at houses, so I tell you what, I take my hair, I put it up like this, then we go hunting. What we're doing is hunting, we're looking at tons of houses, some have construction, so wear close toed shoes, not sandals. It is a lot of walking, an average buyer will look at between 10 and 15 homes in their search, that's a lot of houses. Make sure you bring a bottle of water, have a quick little snack, and that you are ready to go. By the way, leave the kids with grandma, there is no reason to bring kids on showing if you can help it, leave them at home.
