Does Time Still Matter?

I'm a seller, I go on Zillow, and that house has been on the market for forty-five days. Does that really matter? Well, the truth is, it could! Some buyers feel like those days on the market mean the house has been sitting too long, what if something's wrong with the house? A smart buyer would know that maybe there was some price adjustment made at the beginning, or maybe someone just backed out for no reason and it's back on the market. Maybe for some odd crazy reason, the deal just fell apart. So it's back on the market now and has accumulated some days on the market. Y'know, don't tell anyone, but the first thing I do in the morning is I look for those properties on the market that have been there for quite a long time because usually, that's where the good deal is. But I will tell you, every seller has their days, and sometimes sellers panic, and the house is still on the market too long, but if you're a smart seller, you will know that the market really doesn't matter, it's just a matter of how long we can wait till we take the buyer.
